This program has been running heavy world over and can definitely make an impact. The site (www.youthforhumanrights.org) includes on a lot of their materials, including the PSAs for each of the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. While the importance of human rights is often illusioned by a false sense of security in the middle class countries of the world, or even completed unknown in those areas where human rights is an illegal idealist dream at best. Look at it for it's true importance.
