While the importance of human rights is often illusioned by a false sense of security in the middle class countries of the world, or even completed unknown in those areas where human rights is an illegal idealist dream at best. Over the years, self-help authors have bent themselves into a pop-psych pretzel trying to identify and cure a battery of seasonal ailments—from the midsummer doldrums to spring fever to back-to-school blahs. What surprises me is that, with all this credentialed attention paid to the emotional distresses that seem to come and go with the equinoxes, nowhere has there been a serious exploration of Thanksgiving-to-Christmastime angst.

Oh, sure, you've read the homespun tips for coping with the upcoming seasonal stress (e.g., relentless familial interaction, gift-giving anxiety, Bowl Game viewing selection). But where is a down-and-dirty checklist of those real turkey-to-mistletoe neuroses—you know, the ones that linger in the pit of your stomach like a lump of coal in the toe of a stocking?

Having celebrated 47 Christmases in my lifetime—18 of them as the youngest son in a Jewish family, 19 as a carefree agnostic and the past ten holed up in the guest room of my Episcopalian in-laws' house in Cleveland—I know a thing or two about how the yuletide brings out the fruitcake in all of us.

Deck the halls, America. Carefully.

The researchers found that while drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) -- which include Celexa, Paxil, Prozac and Zoloft -- do increase the risk of suicide attempts, they actually lessened patients' risk of dying by suicide.

One expert agreed that there is a big difference between attempted suicide and actual suicide.

"Antidepressants don't lead to [suicide] deaths," said Dr. Arif Khan, from the Northwest Clinical Research Center, Bellevue, Washington, who was not involved in the study. "The concept that is difficult for most people to grasp is that there is a correlation between suicide attempt and suicide, but the correlation is weak."

Freedom also obtained declassified intelligence agency documents that reveal the drug Lehmann championed, chlorpromazine, was one of the substances tested under a top secret project in 1954.

Chlorpromazine brought a bonanza to Lehmann. After working in virtual obscurity, he found the doors wide open to hundreds of thousands of dollars in research grants. While three people died under ghastly circumstances in just one of his published drug tests, involving eight individuals, Lehmann fattened off pharmaceutical funds and the intelligence sources that also supported the infamous "mind-control" psychiatrist Ewen Cameron. Lehmann's fellow psychiatrists bestowed upon him virtually every major North American psychiatric award.

In 1954, despite clear evidence of its destructiveness, Lehmann's "chemical lobotomy" was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. By 1964, some 50 million people around the world had taken the drug. Chlorpromazine's manufacturer saw its revenue double three times in 15 years.

It was not until the 1970's that psychaitrists were even inclined to give the side effects of the "chemical lobotomy" to anyone, such as extrapyramidal side effects and tardive dyskinesia.

Even more troubling, according to the study, “The Columbia Suicide Screen:
Validity and Reliability of a Screen for Youth Suicide and Depression,” authored
by TeenScreen creator, Dr. David Shaffer, the test can falsely identify kids as being
suicide risks at least 84% of the time. That means that 84 out of every 100 kids
labeled by the test as potentially suicidal—and therefore referred to a mental
health professional—are not actually at risk.

PVS: In your opinion, does schizophrenia exist as a result of disease?
JS: Schizophrenia does not exist as a real disease. Schizophrenia refers to
certain kinds of abnormal or embarrassing or disturbing behaviors. Diseases
are physical or cellular irregularities. The difference is significant.
PVS: Is there such a thing as a mental illness?
JS: There is no such thing as mental illness in the way that cancer, diabetes,
or syphilis exist. Mental illness refers to socially unacceptable behaviors.
There is no disease called mental illness, there is no disease called
schizophrenia or depression in the way that diabetes and cancer exist.
PVS: In the case that we’re looking at involving Jeremy…, he heard
voices, he had hallucinations, he was diagnosed as having schizophrenia. If it’s not schizophrenia, what is it?
JS: First of all, everyone hears voices. It’s called thinking. We have a
conscience. That’s an inner voice. Now what Jeremy is claiming is that these
voices are separate from him. I don’t know what he actually experienced—no
one can know exactly what he experiences. He’s making certain claims about
what he experiences and, he may be lying, he may have difficulty in
differentiating between his own thought processes or what others call hearing
voices. He demonstrates some kind of socially unacceptable behavior and that
behavior is labeled as schizophrenia but there is no disease that Jeremy had
called schizophrenia. This is an attempt by psychiatrists and other mental health
professionals to explain why he did what he did.

Ever read something and confront the blatant atrocities contained in it? Some people will gloss over things like , it's a byproduct of today's society with cultivated viewpoint for man of "I'm the only one." Unforuntately for the viewpoint of the "only one," he is not the only one, and he glide by things that will destroy him and those things around him with which he depends. Example with something like this to gloss over:

Firstly:

In 2005, CBS began a marketing campaign, “CBS Cares,” which includes Public
Service Announcements (PSAs) and a website that promotes “post partum
depression” and “depression” as “medical diseases,” stating, “[S]erious depression is
a medical disease that requires treatment. There may be life events that are
catalysts to depression, but experts reiterate that it is largely a physical disease,
affected by brain chemistry and function, and it is a medical disease as much as
diabetes or a heart condition.” [Emphasis added]

So it's physical eh? Well how about this in that light:

CBS received $592.6 million in advertising revenue in 2005 from drug companies
marketing direct-to-consumer drugs. This comprises more than 22% of its total
advertising income.

When was the last time you diagnosed yourself with diabetes and asked a doctor for your prescription, recieved no tests, and went to buy them?
Good shot guys
How about the last time they prescribed you drugs under the same classification as cocaine? Or with no clinical tests to back their claims and black box labels warned they might just kill you and make it likely you might just take someone with you?

Don't gloss over it - if you don't buy it, find out for yourself, it's not worth not having to know, it's your life.

Valium Addiction Exposed

"When the minor tranquilizers Librium and Valium came on the market in the early 1960s, they were so widely prescribed that an estimated 10% of Americans had taken these or similar tranquilizers by 1987. No one was warned that the drugs were addictive within 14 days of taking them or that withdrawal could be harder than coming off heroin. Epileptic seizures and death could occur if the drugs were suddenly stopped. CCHR and other patients’ rights groups issued warnings and successfully worked to obtain the right of patients to give informed consent for these drugs. A series of suits also established the right to refuse treatment."

I saw the first part of a new documentary yesterday - absolutely and completely REVOLTING.

I don't find it hard to confront much, but when you see the roots of the psychiatry, you'll understand. The roots are not, "Oh you dreamed? Let's woofle waffle because we're so bored." It's considerably more like, "He weird you know..." 15 men in their white coats come to set the record straight - take your body parts off bit by bit, that should do the trick.

SSRI

Another article today on SSRIs.

First a note on SSRIs: There is a chemical substance operating between neurons called serotonin, there are other substances similar to this as well. It is used to be more common that there were tricyclic antidepressants, these supposedly affected many of these chemicals substances between neurons. Now in use more commonly are SSRIs or "selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor", which reportedly affect only serotonin. The idea is that their reuptake, which is literally their re-up-take or reacceptance back into the cells, is slowed down, they don't get absorbed by the cells so well.

This is supposed to cure you of depression and a number of a other made pseudoscience fairy tales. But unfortunately these lead to other things, as in the above article where it is mentioning a doctor who's tesimony was a deciding factor in this case:

His expert testimony at the trial of a Wyoming lawsuit involving violence associated with Paxil in 2001, was a deciding factor in the return of a favorable verdict for the plaintiffs. The trial involved the tragic case where 60-year-old, Donald Schell, shot and killed his wife, daughter and granddaughter and then himself after taking Paxil for only two days.

Antidepression medicine, really? Show me the results.

Treating ADHD Without Medication - good thing you're not using medication, it's too bad you still think living, breathing, eating, sleeping or being able to do anything is a disease.

I'd like to note that in the article given above, things he sais are "proven" like "behavioral therapy" he gives no reference to medical proof of workability. No instance of actual and factual CASE - RESULT, CASE - RESULT, CASE - RESULT, just FLUFF - FLUFF, FLUFF - FLUFF etc.

Let's see what about being alive is considered a disease by psychiatrists based on "men in a room" voting system employed with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders:

Is forgetful of daily activities
Loses items on a regular basis
Doesn’t seem to listen
Has difficulty with organization
Can’t focus or maintain attention
Avoids tasks that require concentration
Often makes careless mistakes
Is easily distracted
Has difficulty with following instructions
Talks excessively
Is pretty noisy when engaging in activities
Is constantly on the go
Has difficulty waiting his turn
Doesn’t sit still
Blasts out answers before the question has been fully asked
Often interrupts others
Climbs chairs, desks or runs about more than the “average” child
Constantly moves his hands and feet when sitting

Some people might think this would be associated with someone who wants to DO anything, since that wasn't in the plans of the psychiatrists, being able to do anything that is, it's made sure that you minimally get coached into robotism if not drugged with drugs in the same medical classicification as cocaine.

Came across this article on the falsity of mental screening.

I tell you, if you hear anyone saying that feelings equal disease, that emotion is the solely caused by chemical balances within the brain - you set them right. Take this booklet here or any of the one's here and I suggest to care enough to get to this person that data.

Let's suppose for instant that people are convinced that feelings and emotion are indicitive of only disease, as one would believe were he to take the 'bible' of the APA and psychiatrists the Diagnostics and Statistics Manual (DSM) and take it line for line as true, how would they operate? Numb, apethic robots.

Whats the goal to achieve here?

Conference of psychiatrists in the 1940's where set out to lay down goals for psychiatry, how about to "remove from the mind of populace the idea of morality, or a concept of moral right and wrong."

Trust I doubt I would trust a cadaver let a alone a child in the vicinity of someone who could even concieve something like that.

Human rights for Vienna

Two events Hosted by Church of Scientology of Vienna and Church of Scientology CC (Celebrity Centre) Vienna where PSAs for Articles 13 and 14 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights were released.

Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states:

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State.

(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

I thought I'd put a reminder out there of the the Church of Scientology International sponsered Human Rights France.

The site has been focused around the crimes against religious freedom that have occured in France over the years. It has been a rough seen for rights in France, disapearences are more common in some towns then car accidents are in areas of the states. "Disapearences" of course are the 'men in the white coats' abducting you in the alley, your home or wherever, then strapping you, drugging you and maybe you'll show back up somewhere, some day. That's been rights for many years in the country of France. Once it was culturally and politically acceptable for psychiatrists to invent the so-called “mental disease,” “drapetomania”—the impulse of a slave to seek freedom. Today, it is both culturally and financially acceptable for psychiatrists to stigmatize with the label “mentally ill” those minority groups who are protesting racial oppression, educational discrimination and economic favoritism. Their cry is not a “mental illness,” but rather the result of a sane and fundamental impulse to survive, and a valid protest against injustice.

Wake up in the morning and praise the your skin is color X? Well, maybe you don't, but as noted above there are some powerful "doctors" who hold that opinion dear to their hearts.

While we could get in to the infinite questioning of why do they want to, but we could confront the fact they're criminally insane.

'Protection' in Restraint

You may have heard of people being restrained for their own good by law officials, medical professionals or mafia. There is another area not mentioned for its use of restraints, similarly the use of machinery to kill cows is omitted from most conversation, but it's worth mentioning here. Take in the arena of psychaitry:

Between 1950 and 1964, more people died in U.S. psychiatric hospitals than were killed in the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, the Mexican War, the Civil War, the Spanish-American War, World Wars I and II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War and the Persian Gulf War combined. In fact, between 1950 and 1990, the total number of psychiatric inpatient deaths exceeded the cumulative number of war casualties by at least 70%.

Between 1998 and 1999, 150 people died from restraint procedures in psychiatric facilities in the United States. Thirteen of these deaths over a two-year period were of teenagers and children placed under psychiatric “care.”

How about not being able to complain about getting involuntarily incarcerated into a mental institution? That one unreal to you? Well take in mind how easy it is for it to happen:

How easy is can it be to be committed to a psychiatric facility? It’s so easy in fact that in the United States that a person is involuntarily incarcerated every 1¼ minutes. The same situation applies broadly throughout the world.

And what of trial and proof?

The fact is that rudimentary human rights are granted to murderers and terrorists. But those rights are denied many who have been accused of mental ills and subsequently committed. Similarl to this, the “burden of proof” for an alleged criminal to be convicted by law and incarcerated is “beyond reasonable doubt.” For any civil committal, however, what is required is merely “probable cause,” “reasonable grounds,” or a “reason to believe” there might be a danger to oneself or others.

Stress Checklist

A questionnaire that causes children to think about such things as if they are stressed because they are not accomplishing anything, not popular, don’t fit in, don’t like the way they look, or have a drinking or a drug problem.
Signs of Stress

Children are told that they are to look over a list of items "that describe kids" and then check which apply to them. The list includes "I think about sex too much," "I see things that other people don’t think are there," and "I steal from places other than home."

Anna Nicole's son on antidepressants

Wecht said he spoke to the psychiatrist who treated Daniel Smith and was told the dosage of the antidepressant medication was "quite low" and that the depression "had to do with a girlfriend."

It used to be that people who got upset over something weren't told to do drugs, but I think most people who don't want to destroy the lives of others still tell people not to do drugs.

"It's never happened before" you say?

On May 28, 1998, Brynn Hartman murdered her husband, comic Phil Hartman—known for his work on such popular TV shows as Saturday Night Live, The Simpsons and News Radio—before killing herself. She had been taking a prescribed antidepressant that she mixed with alcohol and cocaine. A 1999 lawsuit alleged that Los Angeles psychiatrist Arthur Sorosky had given Mrs. Hartman samples of the antidepressant, which she told friends made her feel "…like she was going to jump out of her skin." She contacted the psychiatrist four days before the shooting-he suggested she cut the dosage in half.

I guess the side effect of shooting your spouse while he's sleeping 4 times in the head isn't enough to stop distribution.

Del Shannon was an American rock legend of the 1960s. At 27, he wrote "Runaway," a number one hit in 21 countries. More than 200 artists recorded versions of it, including Elvis Presley and Bonnie Raitt. In the 1980s, Shannon recorded the album "Drop Down and Get Me," produced by Tom Petty. In 1990, he was scheduling a European tour and consulted a psychiatrist for stress. He was prescribed Prozac. His wife Lee Anne said, "I watched him turn into somebody who was agitated, pacing, had trembling hands, insomnia and couldn’t function." Fifteen days later, Shannon shot and killed himself.

Was this counted in the percentage of cases where depression ended after taking the drugs?

Psychs like quiet patients

Psychs have found all the answers to their problems, one of them is the intelligence of the patient to run away and the other is the intelligence of the patient to talk. With a few twists of logic they solved this problem without a qualm:

The roots of psychosurgery can be traced to a medieval treatment called “trepanning” (cutting out circular sections of the skull). Ancient doctors believed this liberated demons and bad spirits from a person.

However, modern psychosurgery can be traced to an incident in 1848 when an explosion drove an iron rod through the cheek and out the top of the head of railway worker Phineas Gage. Before the accident, Gage had been a capable foreman, a religious man with a well-balanced mind and a shrewd business sense. After the rod was removed and he recovered, Gage became fitful, irreverent, grossly profane, impatient and obstinate.

That an alteration in behavior could be achieved by damaging parts of the brain without killing a person did not go unnoticed, and in 1882 Swiss asylum superintendent Gottlieb Burckhardt became the first known psychosurgeon. He removed cerebral tissue from six patients, hoping “the patient might be transformed from a disturbed to a quiet dement.” Although one died and others developed epilepsy, paralysis and aphasia (loss of ability to use or understand words), Burckhardt was pleased with his now quiet patients.

They find those iron rods rather pleasing surrounded by silent bodies don't they.

As you can see from my previous blogs, psychiatry is just a violation of Human Rights. Every man, woman and child on this planet has these Human Rights and nowhere does it say in there that anyone has the right to take those rights away. Psychiatrists think they are helping people, when in fact they are just killing them. DRUGS ARE NOT THE SOLUTION. ELECTROSHOCK IS NOT THE SOLUTION. PSYCHIATRY HAS NO SOLUTIONS.

Something that we as Scientologists strongly push and campaign are people's Human Rights. There are many Human Rights Activists who also work to campaign these Human Rights who many people admire and have great respect for. These are people like L. Ron Hubbard, David Miscavige, and more.

Scientology has the Solution

Something that you should know about the Church of Scientology is that they hold different events there which are to forward community betterment and improve the environment that one lives in. When I was growing up in Seattle, there was a program that we participated in that went around the different neighborhoods in Seattle and cleaned them up. It was a whole group of children and adults. This made such a difference because it made us kids more responsible for our environment and it also cleaned things up. I remember where the old Church used to be located, there was a park right across the street that kids would love to go and play in, but when you go over there and take a good look around, you would find syringes, garbage, etc. It was not someplace that you would want your kids to play in. So we went in there with one of our clean-ups and handled the whole place, even gardening. It made it a great place. There are plenty of other things like this that you could help with too. Click here. That was just another little anecdote about something I've personally had experience with.

I know that there's a lot media about Scientology and there's a lot of controversial discussions about Scientology. That is why I wanted to use this Blog to tell you from me what I feel about Scientology. Then it's coming from a person, not on a via through the media or other means. I have gotten gains from Scientology, so I am not just speaking as a spectator.

That is why I urge you to find out for yourself about Scientology and I am providing links here for you to do that. That way, you can think for yourself and find out for yourself instead of just wondering or listening to others. Psychiatrists are acutally murderers. They violate a person's human rights to freedom of choice, no torture, and many, many more. Psychiatrists will involuntarily commit someone to an institution because they are "hyperactive" or "depressed", then they will subject the person to complete and utter torture. Another thing that they do is drug people for some "disorder" that they have, which are not actually scientifically proven. An organization that works tirelessly in revealing these atrocities that psychiatrists label as "medical" and bring them to justice, is CCHR. Also another publication that covers this is the Freedom Magazine, published by the Church of Scientology International.

One of the reasons that I bring this up is because Kurt Cobain was actually misdiagnosed as "hyperactive" as a child and prescribed Ritalin, which is like cocaine for kids. Because of the abdominal pain that it caused, he started taking Heroin to "quench" the pain. Then he killed himself with a gunshot to the head. How could such an incredible artist, very creative as a child, basically be murdered? It started with the prescription of Ritalin which is prescribed to young children daily, then handed out at schools like it is the lunch line or something.

There are Human Rights violations like this going on daily in our society. Human Rights activists such as David Miscavige, Kofi Annan, L. Ron Hubbard, along with many others, work to make these Human Rights a reality.

I want to tell you more about psychiatry again in relation to our children and how it is destroying them.

There are some things that you may not know about the drugs that a "friendly psychiatrist" is trying to put your child on. The reason for that is because not all of the side effects are actually written on the bottle. Only recently have some things been added, such as "causes violent behavior" or "causes suicidal tendencies". There are plenty more that are not published on the bottles, but those two alone are enough for me not to put a child on any drugs, like Ritalin for instance.

There was one kid who was put on Ritalin as he was "hyperactive", which is a misdiagnosis for a kid who is energetic, etc. He later died of a heart attack. The cause was the fact that his heart weighed the size of a big healthy man, which is way over what it would weigh for a child his age. There was another kid who was put on Ritalin and he ended up killing his parents and severely injuring his brothers and sisters with a hatchet knife. These two stories can be found in a publication called "The Truth About Ritalin".

Another publication that will reveal other crimes of the psychiatrists is the Freedom Magazine. This reveals crimes such as using children literally as guinea pigs and then just buring the bodies from a "failed experiment". Well, there are survivors from that and they are speaking out in this magazine.

Check out Scientology to find out the real solutions that actually HANDLE something, not make it worse with drugs or some other "treatment" that psychiatrists make up.

Recommendation

My recommendation to you is to never see a psychiatrist for a problem that you are trying to solve. There are many other solutions to the problem, you just may not have looked far enough. Well, now if you click on any of my links, you will be able to see just a glimps of some solutions that Scientology has to offer. These are solutions that people have been seeking for a long time and have not been able to find because they get as far as a psychiatrist and that is the end. They have already at that point taken the wrong road to hell.

Psychiatrists ruin lives and even kill. Some examples of the atrocities of psychiatry are in the Freedom Magazine. This covers some of the horrific examples of what a psychiatrist is capable of doing.

We have Scientology church's all over the world, from Africa to the US, that are there to help you discover the real solution to the problem you are having. And even if you aren't having any problems, Scientology can help you.

Child Drugging

One of the biggest ways that psychiatrists infiltrate our society is through the youth. They do this by infiltrating the school systems and getting their hands on kids that are creative, energetic, smart, happy, etc., and they label them as "hyperactive". They then put this innocent child on drugs, which cause suicidal thoughts, violent behavior and more. All of the information on this is covered in the Freedom Magazine published by the Church of Scientology International. It reveals crimes of psychiatrists that will make your stomach turn. You need to check it out.

Anything that a psychiatrist does is a violation of Human Rights. In France and German for instance, workers were fired from work for their religious beliefs.

It's these kinds of things that make you want to do more for you area. Once you see these sights, you can get a flavor of the things that are detroying our society and sending everyone on this planet straight to hell.

But there are solutions. Scientology has the answers to drugs, crime, illiteracy, immorality and much, much more. All the answers are here, you just have to look for yourself.

Judy Garland

We all know Judy Garland as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. She was young, beautiful, and full of energy which she portrayed on and off stage.

Unfortunately, in order to keep her contract as an actress, she was required to maintain a certain weight. In order to do this, she was placed on drugs. She started having problems and was addicted to the drugs. She eventually died of a psychiatric drug overdose. She was found dead in a London hotel. The full facts on this are at www.cchr.org.

Once again, another example of a person who touched many, yet was killed psychiatrists.

I direct you to check out the solutions that Scientology has to offer. These Human Rights are being violated all of the time. These span from South Africa, all the way to England and France, etc.

Vivien Leigh

The next person that I want to tell you about is Vivien Leigh. Her most famous part was Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With the Wind.

She also fell into the hands of psychiatrists. She was electroshocked so many times that she had burn marks on her temples. That is so disgustingly gruesome, that only a psychiatrist is capable of such an act. How could you do that to another person without feeling the slightest guilt for it, and then do it more and more? It doesn't make sense. Her own husband was devastated by the change in her personality. And it only started because she needed treatment for TB – actual proven medical treatment, not this torture and crime that psychiatrists call "treatment". Get the full facts on this at www.cchr.org.

So there you go. Another tradgedy of psychiatry, and trust me, there's more. Check out Freedom Magazine for more information on child drugging and the criminal way psychiatrists went about doing it, i.e., stealing them from their parents who were trying to protect their children from drugs, calling the parents "unfit" (as if psychs are fit, just drugging them).

There are other solutions to these problems that psychiatrists actually can't solve. There are solutions to drugs, crime, illiteracy, immorality, marital problems, communication, handling/raising children (without drugs), job stress, and much, much more.

Kurt Cobain

The reason that I named this URL as "psychiatry-kills" is because this is my opinion. I am going to keep updating my blog with stories that I know of where someone has died due to the atrocities of psychiatry. The full facts can be found at www.cchr.org. WARNING: I'm blunt.

Okay, so I'm going to start with Kurt Cobain. He was a very talented artist and proved that in his works. He is basically a legend in Seattle and that is also where I am from, so am a big fan.

Click here to see the full story on this, but I'm going to give you a short version of it so that you can see that psychiatrists' intention is not to help, it is actually to harm. This is my opinion.

When Kurt Cobain was a child he was very creative. He was then labelled as "hyperactive" which is a psychiatric "disorder". I saw an exhibit that showed a picture of a bunch of psychiatrists sitting there voting on disorders! Just voting on whatever, without any scientific proof. So anyways, Kurt was labelled with one of these disorders and prescribed Ritalin, which is actually just Cocaine for kids. I read in a booklet about "kiddie coke" that one of the side effects of this is abdominal pain. So Kurt started to take Heroin because he said that it "quenched" the pain. So then he became addicted to Heroin. In the end, as many people know he ended up shooting himself in the head with one shot. That was the end of his creative, talented life.

There is a publication that I read about some other things that psychiatry has done and that is the Freedom Magazine. The one recently published specifically goes into the involuntary drugging of children and taking them from their homes under the guise of "Child Protective Services". This is also obviously a violation of Human Rights and it is occuring everywhere.
